Seed Ark

Welcome to the Mother of Time, Seeds

We, as children of the Earth, have a duty of care to our mother, and all of her seeds.  Seeds are life that represent time by being collected, planted, harvested and replanted.   Healthy humans are the keepers of the seeds.  Our love of living things honors biodiversity and indigenous cultures, and these deep connections allow us to move through time.  The seed keepers are the shamans of time.

We work with global forestry projects, community groups, and Governments to develop Seed Arks; seed banks that make it possible to save regional seeds. Our vision is to build regional seed banks all over the world so people will keep their seeds, grow their seeds, share the seeds, and save their seeds for the next generation. Contact us about your specific project and goals.

We have wonderful non-profit partners that are seeking funding to build a seed ark for their region.

Testimonial:

“Seeds are the foundation of our life and civilization. In these turbulent times with the ever-pressing reality of climate change accelerating global species extinction, I see seed banking as the ticket to our future and thanks to this resource is something that anyone can learn to do.  The opportunity to learn and practice seed banking was invaluable and will forever impact my personal and professional goals relating to restoring biodiversity and health to the local landscape.” – Tyler, aka “Seed”, Levine

” – Conciecao Farias
